As you all know my real estate dream is to find a house that needs a little (or in some cases, a lot) TLC. A house that I can make my mark on and make it my own. To start this post I would like to introduce you to possibly the coolest blog ever, apart from this one!
Please give a huge round of applause for 'Wreck of the Week'! Sue Greenwood is the brains behind this amazing blog. Sue has a passion for houses that need some love and care just like me. Once a week Sue shows us the best wreck she has found, they are mainly UK properties but sometimes she ventures abroad.
That's not the end, as I have started this posts theme as "Wreck" it's only fitting that I add my own find. This lovely 2 bedroom, weatherboard, 1900's house is on the market for $785,000.00. It is in Leederville, a Northern suburb of Perth Western Australia.
