Mint Fudge
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips, Meltable
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips, Meltable
- 1 Tsp. Green Food Colouring
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Peppermint Extract
Line a baking tin with baking paper. Melt the chocolate chips with 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Spread half of the chocolate mix over the base of the prepared pan and set aside. Melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the peppermint extract and food colouring. Spread over the chocolate layer. Spread the remaining chocolate over. Swirl the mix with a knife and refrigerate until set. Remove from the pan and slice.
