Happy Australia Day!
Australia Day marks the anniversary of the 1788 arrival of the First Fleet at Sydney Cove and the raising of the Flag of Great Britain by Governor Arthur Phillip. Modern celebrations reflect the diverse society and landscape of the nation. All across the country there are community and family events, reflections on our national history, award ceremonies and citizenship ceremonies.
As I mentioned above there are parties everywhere. The BBQ will be fired up and the beers will be cold. Where ever you look you will see thongs, flag dresses and zinc cream. For those of you who would like to host a BBQ I have found a selection of necessary decorations.
