Hey hey,
So I didn't burn anything this week, yah me! So this week I have for you some salt and vinegar chippies and choc peanut spiders. So lets get the ball rolling with the chippies.
Salt and Vinegar Potatoes
450g Potatoes, washed and peeled, thinly sliced
2 Cups white vinegar
Sea salt
Olive Oil
Pepper
1. In a saucepan combine the potatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer until fork tender.
2. Drain well and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Lay potato onto a sheet pan and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange so they in a single layer. Broil until lightly browned on top. Turn and broil on the other side.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Spiders
Fried Asian noodles
Chocolate
Peanut Butter
1. In a saucepan melt the chocolate and peanut butter. Stir to combine. Add the noodles and mix until noodles are coated with chocolate.
2. Lay onto a sheet of non stick baking paper and refrigerate until set. Serve and enjoy!
