Off to the outer suburbs of Brisbane this week to a weatherboard house that needs a lot of TLC but it has heaps of potential and some beautiful features.
This house is a 2 bed Queensland Colonial home on 810m2 over 2 of ground. The house has definitely seen better days but beyond the lack of paint job and the crooked stairs.
It is also filled with lots of traditional features such as timber floors, high ornate ceilings and picture rails.
