Hey, this week I am introducing a new format for RER's. As you may have noticed in the past I was only showing you one property per week. It has been so hard to decide which property to show you because there are just so many! From now I will show you up to 5 properties per week, YAH!!!
Today's first find is a set of gorgeous colonial Georgian sandstone barracks and stables built around 1840. The buildings were used by the 51st regiment who were stationed here to supervise the Maria Island penal settlement. More info can be found here!
2nd on the list is this postcard picture perfect on Tasmania's northeast coast. Did I mention that the property comes with it's own private beach. The house was originally built in 1985 and has since been renovated to include large windows to soak up the massive view. If this is the house you have been dreaming of, find out more here.
How about a 1830's Homestead on Four Acres on the outskirts of the Hobart CBD. Cleburne house is currently a residence and B&B. There is also a magnificent Barn onsite that also serves as accommodation. Read more here.
Time for something a bit more "today" with a modern house in Devonport. This house has plenty of space inside and out. It's located in a quite cul-de-sac and is close to everything. Here is where you can find out more.
Maybe you want something with some potential to do anything. Then the Snowball Bakery built in 1947 is for you! Find out what's in store here (haha lame dad joke, I know)!
Until next time
