Real Estate Ramblings

To start with this week I have a cute Edwardian/Federation property that is located in South Geelong. The house has been renovated well with the important period features like the front verandah and open fireplaces still in place. The house has been fully rewiring and re-stumped ensuring that it survives a further 100 years. To find out more go here

Next is a solid brick house built in 1868 which comes with return veranda's with original cast iron lacework. A weatherboard extension can be found on the rear of the house. The rear garden features raised beds, assorted fruit trees, roses bushes and a chicken coop. There is also a brick well! You can benefit from the 4.5 kw solar system which feeds into the grid. To find out more, go here.

Until next time
